                               RESOLUTION NO. 20100
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE A JOINT FUNDING 
                   AGREEMENT WITH THE CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON 
                   COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION FOR 
                   AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY, WITH THE PUBLIC WORKS 
                   DEPARTMENT'S SHARE FROM STORMWATER FUNDS 
                   BEING SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED 
                   THIRTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($68,134.00) FOR FISCAL 
                   YEAR 1994 AND NINETY-NINE THOUSAND, NINE 
                   HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN DOLLARS ($99,967.00) FOR 
                   FISCAL YEAR 1995, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF 
                   FUNDS.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute a Joint 
       Funding Agreement with the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional 
       Planning Commission for aerial photography, with the Public Works 
       Department's share from stormwater funds being $68,134.00 for 
       fiscal year 1994 and $99,967.00 for fiscal year 1995, subject to 
       availability of funds.
